Plot Synopsis:
Malibu Beach's only female surfer suffers from schizophrenia and crosses between her perky self and a sexually aggressive alter ego. When a mysterious killer starts offing teenagers, detective Monica Stark (Charles Busch) has to sort through various suspects, including a B movie star and an overbearing mother, to flush out the killer.
