Since a very early age, 25-year-old Kim has been uncomfortable with her breasts -- in fact, when she was six, she told her sister that she wanted to become a bodybuilder so she wouldn't have any! With the support of her girlfriend, Michelle, Kim has decided to have her breasts removed.
Michelle wants Kim to be happy, but she wonders if Kim will be happy with just the top surgery. Michelle wants "to live in a world full of women," -- and she's worried that Kim won't be part of that world anymore if she decides to transition any further toward the male end of the spectrum.
