The Click List: 50 Greatest Films
What are the 50 greatest LGBT films of all time and why do we love them?
First off, we've chosen to define "gay film" as movies that prominently feature LGBT characters and storylines. (Yes, we love The Wizard of Oz too, but that's an entirely different kind of Click List - which may come soon!) These 50 films resonate with gay audiences because they are about us and our lives; they're our stories. The characters touch our hearts and make us feel a connection with them.
Want to see what made the cut of your favorites? Browse through our list of the current top 50. You might be surprised at what made it to the top. And if your pick hasn't made the list yet, don't be bitter. Thanks to all of your write-in votes, we've included tons of new films for the next round. Show some love for your favorites! Don't be shy--send us your comments. We'd love to feature them on the air. If your favorite isn't listed, submit a write-in vote and tell us why it should make the cut.
Now that we've got your film juices flowing, you can also buy your favorites right here online. Start your own "50 Greatest" library at home.
